Join Kanata’s Only Clinic Built Exclusively For Military Veterans & RCMP.
I owe my life to veterans – literally.
In 2017, when I began working alongside Veterans across Canada, I witnessed something I couldn’t ignore; profound witnessing of life-altering healing transpiring in front of my eyes as I progressed across Canada. Those transformations sparked an irresistible interest in understanding the science behind what I was seeing, but more importantly, they forced me to look in the mirror, causing me to be honest with myself.
That honesty, born in rooms filled with men and women who had already sacrificed so much, gave me the courage to fight for my own life. They didn’t just inspire me – they gave me the runway I needed to stay alive.
Then Echelon Wellness was born.
We created a truly interdisciplinary clinic model built exclusively around the needs of Canadian military Veterans and RCMP members – one that seamlessly navigates their benefits, Programs of Care, and compensation plans so our heroes never have to fight red tape on top of everything else.
Here, they walk into a warm, judgment-free space where Nurse Practitioners, mental-health counsellors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, kinesiologists, acupuncturists, pedorthists, and more, working together as one unified team. The result? Faster access to the care they’ve earned, delivered with the respect and coordination they deserve.

I’ve seen it with my own eyes: the incredible transformations in Veterans and RCMP members who finally get the care they deserve.
Their healing doesn’t stop with them – it spreads like wildfire. It strengthens their families, lifts up their loved ones, and revitalizes entire communities. These warriors, once healed, turn right around to find others who are struggling. They live by the unbreakable code they earned through service: respect for their brothers and sisters in arms, and a solemn promise to leave no one behind.
Canada is home to more than 500,000 Veterans – and far too many of them are still carrying invisible wounds from the job they signed up to do.
Mental health struggles, chronic pain, PTSD, operational stress injuries, and sexual health issues born from service and exposure don’t discriminate between women or men, rank, or trade. These are occupational realities for the people who kept us safe. Their path to healing isn’t simple, and it can’t be one-size-fits-all. It demands a coordinated team of interdisciplinary professionals who understand both the science and the sacrifice.
That’s exactly what Echelon Wellness delivers – and why we urgently need more skilled clinicians.

Echelon Wellness is in need of interdisciplinary professionals to join our team:
Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Counsellors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, Pedorthists, who will work together to serve over 4000 patients at our six clinics in five provinces as we expand across Canada, coast to coast.
Our newest clinic is now open at 555 Legget Drive, Tower B, Suite 830, in the heart of Kanata North Business District. We celebrated our Grand Opening this past November, and in just weeks, we’re already proudly serving nearly 400 Veterans and RCMP members.
These are men and women who need skilled, compassionate interdisciplinary professionals to guide them toward real healing – healing that strengthens their bodies and minds, restores their families, lifts their loved ones, and ripples outward through their brotherhoods, sisterhoods, and communities.
Don’t just take my word for it, Keisha C., Nurse Practitioner and Clinic Director in our St. John’s (NFLD) clinic, shares that “It is a true privilege to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping our Veteran community find the support, care, and understanding they truly deserve. At Echelon Wellness, the care I provide goes far beyond each treatment encounter, to transform lives. If this aligns with your values, Echelon Wellness is a great place to consider!”
