LOOKING TO ADD INNOVATION TO YOUR BUSINESS? IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO HIRE CO-OP FOR THE SUMMER!
Spring has finally sprung. What better way to celebrate than by bringing innovative ideas into your business with the help of a university student!
Carleton University is currently offering students from their Co-op Program – students are available to begin work in May, but can start as late as early June!
The program offers a diverse range of students from different disciplines including:
- Computer Science, Information Technology (Network Technology; Interactive Multimedia and Design; and Photonics and Laser Technologies streams);
- Engineering (Aerospace; Architectural Conservation and Sustainability; Biomedical/Electrical; Biomedical/Mechanical; Civil; Communications; Computer Systems; Electrical; Engineering Physics; Environmental; Mechanical; Software; and Sustainable and Renewable Energy); and
- Corporate Services-related: Business, Law, Human Resources, Communications, Information Management, Governance, etc.
Looking for more incentives? All students are on flexible work terms, have achieved high academic standing, and are hired on your terms. There is even a Co-operative Education Tax Credit available to private-sector employers in Ontario (up to $3000 credit for each 4-month work term).
All that’s needed is a job description to get things started! For more information, please contact Kathleen Hickey, Co-op and New Grad Recruitment Team Lead, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-520-2600 x2221. As well, you can access a complete list of co-op programs here.
