Perspectives from Canadian Technology CEOs

Sampford Advisors is an Ottawa-based firm that provides Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and other strategic advisory services to Canadian technology companies.  Ed Bryant is the founder, president and CEO of the firm.  He is an investment banker by trade, and has advised on more than $10B of M&A activity and more than $20B of capital raises in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and now Ottawa.

Since founding the firm, Ed and the Sampford management team have conducted an annual survey of Canadian technology company CEOs to gather their first-hand views on the industry environment here in this country and abroad, on the priorities and plans for their own businesses, and on their feelings for where the industry is headed.
