What is Networking for Nerds?
Networking for Nerds is a business networking event without the boring! No classes, no seminars, no lectures! It’s a straight up networking event that doesn’t take itself too seriously and focuses on fun things to do while meeting new people and making new contacts!
It’s an unforgetable event where you can make new contacts and have great fun too!
I’m not a nerd, can I come?
Yes. Absolutely! Networking is for everybody!
Can I bring my Light Saber?
It is a very dangerous thing to bring into a crowded room! We recommend that you arm yourself with business cards!
How does sponsorship work?
We have 4 packages from 8 bit to 64 bit. Email us for pricing, packages, details and any questions you may have! email@example.com. Booth Sponsorship deadline is July 20th.
What do I wear?
Whatever you want. It’s a fun night out, and you might make some business contacts. Why not be comfortable and nerdy?
What can I or can’t I bring to the event?
We encourage you to bring business cards to the event, and to be prepared to have fun!

I’ve decided that this sounds so unbelievable that it will be my first networking event!
How can I prepare? What should I know going into this event?
1) Taking notes is helpful. So is a charged phone. So is taking notes with a charged phone.
2) Get business cards if you can. If you don’t have them, don’t worry. We will also have a swag table.
3) Most importantly: Let us know at the door that this is your first time, or if you would like an introduction. We would happily show you around and get you started!
