Lunch Time Exercise Class

Sweaty Betty’s Fitness Workplace Classes is now offering LUNCHTIME FITNESS CLASSES at Brown’s Martial Arts! The fitness classes are high energy, high intensity interval training that combines strength training with cardio drills. Every class is different and includes a full body workout; meaning all of your muscles get worked! THE CLASSES ARE FOR MEN AND WOMEN!
Fitness Classes will include bodyweight exercises, balancing, agility & power drills, core strengthening exercises, upper body & lower body strengthening exercises.
The classes are perfect for those who already workout as well as beginners because there are modifications for every exercise so everyone will be challenged but also be able to workout at their own pace! The program also includes nutrition advice and ideas/recipes for healthy eating and preparing nutritious meals to bring to work.

Day & Time/Location:
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS from 12-1245 pm at Browns Martial Arts 320 Legget Drive, Unit 131
Sessions Starts on Tuesday December 8th and runs for the next 3 weeks or until the end of the Month.
Each session includes 8 classes and take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from Noon to 12:45 pm.

Sweaty Betty’s Fitness also offers Personal Training and Small Group Training (2-6 ppl) at Brown’s or in your home!

There are modifications for all exercises, and your first class is free!
Cost is $105 (only $15/class)!
