We provide FINANCIAL INCENTIVES under the following programs:
Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG)
Are you interested in training your current or new employees? The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Program provides direct financial support to employers who wish to purchase training that meets their workforce development needs.
Youth Employment Fund (YEF)
The Youth Employment Fund (YEF) provides access to financial incentives when hiring youth between the ages of 15 – 29, who are currently unemployed, not attending full-time school, and are residents of Ontario. These incentives are available to employers to offset the cost of temporary productivity reduction, increased supervision requirements and other expenses.
Job Matching, Placements and Incentives (JMPI)
The Job Matching, Placements and Incentives (JMPI) matches skills and interests with employment opportunities and employer needs. These placement opportunities include on-the-job training, “job test and hire”, work experience, and community volunteer positions.
